Whyte is PETRIFIED of Luis Ortiz, a man Wilder had on his knees like stripper. \

TBH, I don't know how these sanctioning things work so kindly fill me in here.
Yes Pulev was passed over when he pulled out of the fight but he is still ranked 2. Whyte is ranked 2 in the WBC and I believe 3 in the IBF so if the IBF orders that bout then he will be able to blatantly duck Ortiz.

He has to go that way... Wbc route will be the longest route to a title shot with less financial rewards considering the politics going on there.
If he was my brother, I will advice him same.

You guys should just acknowledge that wilder will be fighting another bum.
          It's simple.

Pulev/Whyte was ordered a month ago, Whyte/Ortiz a week ago. It was always going to go this way.You fight for the mandatory position for the sanctioning body that is notorious for making their champions fight their mandatories (IBF), not the sanctioning body that makes up the rules as they go along (WBC)

Maybe... I've been thinking about it and he might have a legit excuse in that by the time he becomes mandatory, Wilder - Joshua might have already happened, in which case he'd be fighting the same guy (Joshua), regardless of route.

Lots of people discrediting Whyte, his CV ****s all over Wilder's before he got his shot, he's better than Wilder was at the same stage of his career! what was Wilder doing at 29 and 24 fights? hahaha

The double standards on this site is unreal!

It's called logic. Something the cancer in this thread know nothing about.
Why not go the WBC route?

You think AJ’s gonna fight him within a year? He doesn’t need an eliminator or to be a mandatory to fight AJ — he needs his master Hearn, who controls AJ and all his belts, to just make the fight.

This is a continuation of Whyte’s role as AJ’s bodyguard. Hearn has gone on before about anyone wanting to fight AJ has to go thru Whyte. Pulev is out there still owed a mandatory since he got skipped when he was injured, so Whyte is being presented as an obstacle to get Pulev out of the way.

Whyte is being used by Hearn, who is making the WBC the boogeyman to keep Whyte distracted from the fact that his own promoter could easily give him a title shot if he wanted to do so.
