          Oh boy.

Oscar already had a MMA promotion with Donald Trump back in the day doe.

Went broke after 2 events. Oscar should stick to boxing. Or he should just buy a league & stay out of it beyond that. Might turn a profit like that, but beyond all that idk that I trust Oscar to run an MMA league.

Oscar has so much money he doesn’t know what to do with anymore.

                48 years old.

                Retired for 8 years.

KTFO in his last 3 fights.

Had been working for the UFC in some sorta bs job til the UFC got bought out & they did those interview for your job type things & fired Liddell & Matt Hughes (randomly they kept Forest Griffin who's apparently a go getter behind the scenes post-fighting career).

Has been talking about fighting for awhile now & doing random famous people get paid bs lately to avoid fighting I think. Its been rumored he will sign with Bellator soon.

i don't care what any of these promoters do in terms of getting into other sports. You want to sign Chuck Liddell Go ahead do MMA cards just for god sake keep that shyt separate. Don't mix the MMA and Boxing on the same card is all I ask.

Though I'm a long-time MMA fan, I've often said that MMA mirrors pro wrestling, largely because it appeals to a similar audience and this new trend of older fighters staying in the game just bolsters my feelings. We just had Fedor and Mir fight, two guys who peaked 10 years ago. And, it headlined an event. Rampage is somehow still able to get people to cut him a check for gasping his way through fights. I think Hughes is coming back. I feel like it's becoming a Hulk Hogan/Rick Flair thing. Except, wrestlers only need to put on a show. There's something ugly about old fighters trying to put each other's light out, IMO. I really don't care for it.

People can argue that boxing is the same but it's simply not. There are far fewer boxers sticking around and and the fans are much less supportive of it.
