Golovkin is just talking smack. 10% is pretty much 100%. If he wasn't planning on fighting him he would just flat out say it. I think he's worried Canelo will freeze him out because he did so much taking before the commission ruled on the PEDs. That would be Canelo not giving him the fight, not the other way around.

Canelo knows he lost the fight and you can see it on his face after the fight. Canelo's fans were booing him after the fight and cheering for GGG. Canelo didn't want any of that big GGG drama show. It's essential to ridicule cheaters publicly. Maybe we'll get rid of them this way.
