He's a Scouser, man, they always got an opinion about everything. I didn't used to like Bellew, but he's kind of grown on me and not just because he's an overachiever in the ring. If you watch some of his interviews he's surprisingly articulate and clearly knowledgeable and passionate about the sport... especially the British scene. I know the dude can be an utter nob at times, but he also comes out with some funny ish too.

Gonna be rooting for the Scouse clown pretty hard on Saturday and not just cos he won me a coupla hundred quid last time round.

what made you go with bellew the first time round because even with the injury he still made hard work of it, im presuming you had covered all bases and had a spread on

No spread but I almost never bet, so I could sign up and get my £30 bonus and risk only a tenner. Gutting thing was I meant to actually put a tenner on Rnd 11 - just a hunch - at about 60/1 or so, but clicked wrong and just left it. I just knew that Haye hadn't been taking this **** seriously for years and hadn't fought anyone with a pulse for too long, whereas Bellew had been in deep almost continually. This ain't a game for playboys or part timers. Of course the Haye from c. 2010 would have spanked Tony, but those days were long past.

Everybody would care even less about him after Haye destroys him this time.
So he talks till that still matters.
