Comments Thread For: Haye: I'll Try To Do as Much Damage To Bellew in First 6 Rounds

TONY BELLEW and David Haye could not wait for Saturday's first bell to resume hostilities. Bellew shoved Haye this time, when at the press conference for the first fight it was Haye who initially lashed out. Ultimately, it will not be who strikes first but who laughs last after their bout at the O2 in London.

If Haye catches him clean in Round One it’s over

Not sure if Haye's body will hold up. Think it's 50/50.

I think he’s bluffing, in another recent interview he said the fight will go past 6 rounds.

Last time he was swinging like a maniac. I think he’ll keep it long and try to lure Bellew into traps in the later rounds.

Actually nvm I just read the full quote I see what he means

Probably just saying this to raise interest, he knows full well that expecting himself to blow Tony out the water is something that he got wrong last time. He counted on that way too much.

He’ll be a lot more measured this time and actually try to fight on smarts rather than a preconceived notion that his apparent and so called god like power would bring an easy W.

Haye had so much potential at heavyweight. I remember watching him destroy Monte Barrett with absolute ease.
