It depends on how the rules with weigh ins go this way or that way.

But I think its doable & even surpassable, but the tiny sample size of guys who'll weigh so lil & be able to grow later on + are good enough is so small that luck or unluckiness will play into when it happens again.

Relevant as well is who's promoting this cat capable of it. If you are this next Manny guy & are promotee by Roc Nation you are never gonna get there.

So its 100% possible, but a lot of sh^t needs to line up to make for the perfect storm of duplicating Manny's achievement or going past it.

Didn't he win the Ring belt or lineal title or something? Some people count those belts. Certainly more legit than the average ABC Belt, but I agree it gets messy when ou could too much sh^t.
