Pacquiao will fight into his 40s, but how good he’ll be in the next 2 or 3 years who knows. To be fair he has won all his recent fights outside of Mayweather. I don’t count the Horn fight as a loss regardless of what the judges say.

Off the top of my head I think Loma & Crawford have styles built for the long haul

Let's be fair though, if Pacquiao wasn't done, he would have stopped Horn or won by a total shutout.

Whether you agree with the decision or not, it was competitive because Pacquiao is basically finished as a top fighter.

I agree with you that he’s past his prime but even at almost 40 he’s still a solid fighter that’s maybe even still one of the top 5 welterweights.
