Derevynchenko have been waiting for what would be a Full Year by the time he gets his shot
I don't care about "Who Has He Fought" "He Doesn't Deserve A Shot" that is not for any of us to determine that was completely up to the IBF. They told him to fight Tureano Johnson to get his shot and he did that and he beat him so the man earned his shot based on the IBF so give it to him or Drop the Belt
NO Charlo and Derevynchenko are not going to fight, for what? Both are already in mandatory positions so they both will wait for their shot then if they win titles then they can then look to unify but NO they're not canceling each other out like some fans want them to doComment

Dude, that's robbery man. WBC knew that too. I can't believe that ****. On top of that, they were already getting $100k from Canelo PLUS $25k each from the 2 promoters, GBP and Roc Nation. It's ridiculous man.Comment

Incorrect. He indeed did pay GGG $800k as a step aside. He dropped the belt less than a week before he fought Canelo because the WBC wanted him to drop another $300k as a sanctioning fee. He felt paying Gennady close to a million was enough. Which, I don't blame him. $1.1m out of his $15m purse is ALOT.Comment

Look, this back and forth is unnecessary. Here's from the horses mouth themselves:
"After much consideration, I instructed my team at Golden Boy Promotions to continue negotiating a fight with Gennady 'GGG' Golovkin and to finalize a deal as quickly as possible," Alvarez said. "I also informed the WBC that I will vacate its title." ....
I will fight GGG, and I will beat GGG, but I will not be forced into the ring by artificial deadlines.
"There is no denying that Canelo is the biggest star in the sport of boxing," De La Hoya said. "He is eager to get in the ring with GGG to show the world that he is also the best pound-for-pound fighter in the sport. But we won't negotiate under a forced deadline. Now that the WBC title is off the table, I am hopeful that GGG and his promoter, K2 Promotions, will come to the table in good faith and get this deal done."
We all are in agreement that the 55/45 split isn't fair as it pertains to Canelo vs GGG, at that time. No one is dis*****g that. Yet you keep on perpetuating it and going on about his other court rulings that were independent of this case. That's on you.Comment

I'm not sure this is what happened between Cotto and Gennady though. Maybe Cotto had a check. Maybe he had a briefcase. LOL. Who knows.Comment
