      ok
Holyfield was 26-10-2 as a Heavyweight was he a journeyman too?

      Tito also wasn't 3-3 as a Middleweight.

      Beat Joppy
      Lost to Hopkins
      Beat Cherifi
Retired for 2 1/2 years came back obviously not the same
      Beat Mayorga
      Lost to Wright
      Retired

Came back at 175 against Jones.

So he was 3-2 at Middleweight. The best version of Tito to judge at 160 is the one pre-retirement. That version was a great fighter and it took an all-time great at the division to defeat him. He destroyed a respected long standing skilled champion in Joppy in very impressive fashion. The Hopkins fight took a lot out of him physically and mentally especially since it wasn't that long after the Vargas fight which took a lot too.

Too many fans on here I think just use boxrec and look at the records on paper. Tito was a great fighter and a couple of levels above Jacobs. I'm not sure Trinidad at 160 beats GGG but he defeats Canelo and Jacobs IMO.

terrible comparison. Holyfield beat multiple HW champions.

Who is the middleweight champion Trinidad came close to beating?

              alright you got that one.

still Holyfield beat multiple unified champions in Douglas, Tyson, Bowe and competed with the very best in Lewis.

Trinidad beat a weak alphabet title holder and lost every other time he stepped up in competition. not even close in competition.

Jacobs is too big at 160 for Tito.

Joppy, who was a champion for about 5 years (only loss was a twice avenged robbery loss) and a good fighter until Tito ruined him. He also defeated Cherifi who held a title briefly at 160.

So with easy 5th and 4th round KO wins over those two he didn't come close to beating them. He did beat them.

Trinidad was obviously the better fight P4P but Jacobs would KO him at middleweight
