They are all Haymon fighters. Haymon is not going to make his fighters fight Zurdo.
Groves and Smith are not Haymon fighters and why shouldnt he make the fight? It's not like Ramirez is an unbeatable force that will just Smash his fighters.
Ramirez is a good opportunity for PBC to get their Hands on another belt.
