This is going to be a good fight, linares is one of the few guys that can hold his own in a high speed technical chess match.

I still like lomachenko over the long haul, but linares is going to challenge him in ways that loma hasn’t seen before.

I think it’s a very close fight, but down the stretch, linares’ defense will be too leaky and loma will beat him, similar to jmm vs casamoyer

Sounds about right for Linares. 250k. GB isn't going to be paying more than that when that whole show probably broke even. NO way that show did more than 500k in revenue.

He made 600k. You know the show did more than 500k in revenue from HBO alone. Not counting the Sky tv money or any other foreign money or the pittance it made at the box office.

He's been with Golden Boy and Oscar since 2009. Oscar claims to make stars but hasn't done anything for Linares even thought he's been a top fighter. He receives no promotion for GB and it shows when his fights at the Forum have less than 2k fans. He has to travel to the UK to get paid more than what Oscar pays him. Even with the fight next week, GB isn't even promoting or hyping up the Linares fight. All of their social media outlets don't even mention Linares. But yet Oscar says he can promote and make anyone a star.
