And thats not to say RJJ never fought anyone good. There were some good names RJJ beat Toney, Reggie J, Hill & Bhop among others, but 147 is just deeper & there were more notables to get through at that weight then RJJ's weight.
Lies. Lets look at the some ratings as an example of Jone's cherry picking. He did fight some highly rated fighters but he could have fought a lot more.

        1995
        Roy Jones Jr.
        Nigel Benn
        Chris Eubank
        Frankie Liles
        Vinny Pazienza
        Tim Littles
        Michael Nunn
        Ray Close
        Graciano Rocchigiani
        Antoine Byrd

He fought Byrd #10, Pazienza #5 and Thornton #Unranked

        1996
        Roy Jones Jr.
        Nigel Benn
        Steve Collins
        Frankie Liles
        Tim Littles
        Vinny Pazienza
        Bryant Brannon
        Henry Wharton
        Michael Nunn
        Ray Close

He fought Sosa #unranked, Lucas #unranked and Brannon #7, McCallum #6 at LHW.

Probably Mosley fought more top guys but they both fought many top guys. Prime Jones never lost to the top guys while prime Mosley sometimes did. Jones was a better fighter but I think Mosley fought more top guys. He fought and got beat up by Pacquiao, Mayweather and Canelo when he was close to forty. Win lose or draw Mosley would pretty much fight anybody any time if the money was right.

                  Shane Mosley without a doubt.

                  Forrest twice
                  Oscar twice
                  Winky twice
                  Margarito
                  Floyd
                  Manny
                  Cotto

The most correct answer, 135 to 154 was just deeper, and perhaps usually is.
