  • Comments Thread For: Haye: Last Time I Failed Miserably, This Time I End Bellew

The pair are meeting again 14 months on from Bellew winning the original bout at the same venue via an 11th-round stoppage. Haye ruptured his Achilles midway through that fight. On Monday the two fighters spoke in Bellew's home city of Liverpool at a press conference that was open to the public.

Let's do this Hayemaker please PLEASE knock him out badly. Bellew needs to be humiliated if he wins again his ego will somehow be even more inflated. Probably regard himself as one of the all time great heavyweights

It's hard to predict because Haye is so injury prone, something other than the Achilles could go during the fight even if camp was smooth.

Haye at 70% should still have more than enough to beat Bellew though, even when injured and past his best he was clearly ahead going into round 6 of the first fight.

Stop exaggerating he is not that brash or egotistical. He has enough integrity to respect the heavyweights before him and consider himself just the best of this era

It's funny cos Haye's delusion in coming back and beating some cans (was there for one of them) and then saying he deserved a title shot/money shot v Joshua had me wanting Bellew to drop him.

The way Bellew struggled and won, coupled with his smugness and attitude since has me wanting Haye to destroy him.

Currently mouthing off about chinning Fury and easily beating Parker after one heavyweight victory over an older injured Haye. It's not far fetched he will soon be ****ing on about icing prime Mike.

Neither fighter will go on to do anything after this anyway. Haye is definitely a shot fighter and Bellew must be nearing that stage. If the 1st fight was bad enough, this will a shocker. Genuinely don't care who wins.
