It's the formula these days. Just like the music industry flooded with obnoxious manufactured stars while real talent withers at edge of notoriety.
PBC signs fighters for front money then manages them into mediocrity for the rest of their career.

Ugas is one of those high-risk, low-reward guys, that fighters will avoid unless some sanctioning body forces a fight to go to purse bid!
