Isn't it true? He went through a big divorce not too long ago and those settlements don't come at once, they're ongoing.

Not saying he is or isn't fighting for that reason but he was retired, went through a divorce and what's the best way to make money? get back in the ring.

Everyone knows men, especially with money like Haye get ruined in divorce settlements with kids involved. His body is shot to bits but he keeps coming back to fight because he probably needs to. It does seem a bit suspect that he returned after a divorce. He isn't the first fighter to keep fighting for that reason and won't be the last.

People in the boxing game have said it though and people talk. The boxing scene in the UK isn't that big. There's probably an element of truth to it.

He probably isn't broke by normals peoples standards of course, but it's all relative isn't it? the more you have, the more you get fleeced in divorces, the bigger tax bills you get etc...

Plenty of fighters have fought on because they needed the money, even though you would think they were comfortable.

Who cares anyway, we all have to make a living and Haye is making his, doing what he knows best.
