I am not assuming anything and GGG and Canelo don't run boxing! No one needs links because I follow boxing and in many interviews Jacobs has expressed interest in fighting GGG again and a fight with Canelo, hence his (Jacobs) move to sign with HBO. Most want to see the best fight the best while others have other agendas.
You are assuming off of Jacob's thought of believing Eddie Hearn will get him big fights. Jacob's is high rest low reward for GGG who beat him narrowly (and will retire soon ) and Canelo who will duck him and his Oscar is still mad he left golden boy.
