NEW YORK Daniel Jacobs and promoter Eddie Hearn hope his HBO deal eventually continues the way it was designed. The plan Hearn arranged along with Jacobs' manager, Keith Connolly, was for Jacobs to win two HBO bouts before getting either a rematch against Gennady Golovkin or a shot at Mexican superstar Canelo Alvarez. Now that he has beaten Luis Arias and Maciej Sulecki in those two fights, it appears as if they'll have to wait longer than they thought for a high-profile fight against Golovkin or Alvarez.

There's no where for Jacob's to go at middleweight. He is stuck! This guy is a idiot. Nobody will fight him unless he gets a intirm fight that forces a purse bid. You will need to fight Saunders in England if you want that fight. You will not get a canelo fight and GGG may retire after the canelo rematch. Jacob's is 31. He needs to move up to 168. Stop wasting time. Maybe they can do a rematch with Kid Chocolate. ( if he is still serious about boxing ) what happen to him ? it seems like he quit lol.

Jacobs doesn't deserve a rematch with GGG until he beats a TOP FIVE middleweight (like Saunders, Charlo or Deryvachenko). He's a non-draw, he doesn't make anyone money and he hasn't beat any top five opponents since losing to GGG. Hopefully, GGG tells him to kick rocks.

Why is everyone overlooking Ryota Murata of Japan? He is the WBA "Regular" Champion! What does that mean? Why isn't he GGG's mandatory? Why doesn't Jacobs face him next? Why doesn't Hearn talk to Arum?

WBA SUCKS. first they said Murata was mandatory because of that "lesser" belt and now this guys Hearn painting the town red saying Jacobs is the mandatory for GGG.

If he beats Charlo or Dev he'd be in a mandatory spot.

Another **** promoter who cannot do his job, he came to America suggesting Wilder has not been promoted, well he has made Jacobs, look like a contender nothing more waiting for a big payday.

He should insist on Charlo next money talks he knows this ?
