It'll only be £20 for us in England and I'll definitely pay it.

35% of hardcore fans wouldn't pay that price and thats LOW END of what might be charged for the fight.

Casuals make up at least 70% of the ppv market and people think that the casual US fan Is going to provide a conversion rate that allows a 100,000,000 USD fight for two fighters who have no wide market US appeal and haven't sold a US PPV dime.

        Laughable

Depends on how much you drink and which bar you go to. 9/10 bars don't show boxing at all nowadays, so you'd have to find one showing it. Then, you have to factor in ****ty bar TVs/feeds, drunk idiots trying to talk to you during the fight, etc. I can buy a 12 pack of beer for around 15 bucks, so that's ~$90 to watch at home. At a bar, they'll charge 7-9 bucks per beer (for decent ones), so you're looking at paying more than the fight cost just for drinks. Sure, you can sip one beer all night and watch the fight for around ~30-35 bucks (assuming cover for a PPV night), but are you really enjoying your night doing that?

Your bars sound ****e. The bar I go to has tv screens in the booths inside and a 60" tv in the beer garden under a shelter. There's loads of others as well.

£3 a pint... £58 spending money..... I could just go out for the main event and go back to a pals house or something after....... no danger I'm spending $90 or £65 to sit in my house to watch boxing when I can go out for 1 hour, watch the fight and get a couple drink for £6... rip off.
