If NO, then why is he demanding a draft contract now?

If he thinks they can't produce that money then why doesn't he just say ok we accept and call them on their bluff.

Hmmmmmm what u Gotta say about that!

They didn't ASK for one, had they asked they would have received

But they want more money, thats what all this about.

There is no 50 million on the table.

Hey, don't let this little fact get in the way of a Wilder fanboy thread.

            LOL!

The 50 million was as real as the 12.5 million.

Give me one example of a draft contract for a big fight being sent before an offer is accepted.

            I'll wait...

Because he got throwed out of his comfort zone and is trying to grab anything he can think about. The only reason this isn't going on is because Hearn doesn't want to lose his A-side position, that's all

You'll be waiting for a while hahaha.

However "abracada" probably has this figured right, all these back and forth publicity headline stuff is just part of the marination process!

                  Yeah, probably so.

For all we know, Haymon, Finkel, and Hearn are in a hotel somewhere chowing on room service and laughing their asses off at the row they've caused.

But, just for the record fights are always made by an offer being accepted first.

You can have meetings before the offer or after the offer but never during.

12.5 is a reasonable and realistic offer, Hearn is backed up by Sky, he is not in the business of offering money and backing out.

Shelly did not ask to see a contract, he didn't even entertain the offer. Had he asked, a contract would have been sent, it is as simple as that

Hearn has shown interest in the 50 million offer, and asked for a contract and a meeting to discuss matters further. Shelly cancelled the meeting twice and now refuses to meet with Hearn

There have been plenty of negotiations for big fights with no formal agreement, this is common practice as Paulie pointed out.

All Hearn wants to see is the list of demands so he can present them to his client.

Fact is Shelly does not have 50 million, if they did Pov would not have won that purse bid, how much was it? 6$million?

Maybe Hearn will up the offer later this week because of all the free publicity they are getting
