Like I've said here dozens of times. Danny is a talented fighter but he gets sloppy a lot and his feet are frustrating for long stretches of time. He seems to just "fall asleep" in the middle of rounds to me. It's a trend in his fights.

I think against GGG he just fought the fight of his life (but still lost)

Charlo beats him by stoppage due to his balance issues his imo.

I seen Jacobs beat lil g, Nelo beat lil g too. Jermall drops lil g. Jacobs/Nelo would be interesting. Jermall I think will rule 160 while Jermell rules 154, both Lions Den.

Did any of you catch this? Jacobs mentioned that the guy was TALL at the end of the first round. I think Danny has difficulty with fighters that can match his height or are taller.

Oh no Lampley gonna tear up again

I made it through maybe half of that Lampley feature and had to turn it off. Almost ruined a great fight for me.

Exactly, Charlo is 6'0 too. People will be shocked when he sparks Danny (if he can get him in the ring).

Notice how well Sulecki's frame matched up with Danny's. Charlo is bigger, stronger, and hits harder than Sulecki. That kid has a frame for 168.

The knockdown won Jacobs the fight. 7-5 is a decent decision. Problem is that Jacobs was hit a lot by this guy in the fight, if this guy had more power he could have seriously hurt Jacobs or finished him. Jacob also had some stamina issues which makes sense sense the overwhelmingly majority of his fights and biggest career success was at super middleweight, he drains himself to get to 160.

I don't see him surviving past 6 with Charlo.

when did he fight at 168? and what was his huge success there?
