When Andre Ward was losing to Kovalev, we saw what he was allowed to do. When Tank Davis was losing to Fonseca and was totally gassed out, we saw what he was allowed to do (in Vegas of course). I think that was actually the most blatant example of them all. Just embarrassing. When Marcus Browne was losing to Hot Rod, we saw what he was allowed to get away with, every cheating maneuver from the Andre Ward textbook you can think of except for the headbutt to the nuts. That is a special move that only Ward can pull off when his losing gauge is filled to 100%.

And there are just so, so many other examples. The **** happens every other week on PBC cards. If the A-side is losing, he knows he can just go assault his opponent in broad daylight, smack him behind the head a few times or after the bell, go low 20 times in a row, and the ref will sternly tell his opponent to "box clean!" and let the fight keep going.

That's why so many PBC boxers have not developed any fanbases. Who wants to support ANYONE affiliated with such a seemingly corrupt clown show where the outcomes are more predetermined than WWE matches, just using a different method of predetermining the winner? For example Spence is usually the type of boxer I like, but I can never support him so long as he's with Al Haymon because I know where that road leads. Any success Errol Spence has so long as he is with Al Haymon is probably going to be awful for the sport because all the rules of the sport will be thrown out the window in order to protect him, just like we saw with Floyd, and all the good matchups in that division will either not happen at all, or happen far too late under complete circus circumstances. Any time any Al Haymon boxer ends up getting any power in the sport, it means the death of another promising division in boxing for between 5 and 15 years. Just look at what Haymon and Adonis Stevenson have done to what should have been, based on talent, the most exciting and historic division in the sport the last 5+ years. They totally ruined what should have been the new four kings era just at 175, with prime Stevenson, prime Kovalev, prime Ward, and prime Beterbiev.

But who were the ones who either refused to fight the best completely, or only selected one guy under all sorts of unfair seemingly corrupt conditions? The Al Haymon fighter, and the American fighter, of course. Kovalev and Beterbiev on the other hand were itching to get the big fights as fast as possible within reason, but the Haymon boxer, and the American boxer, ruined it. Sometimes there is overlap between those two categories, usually in fact, or sometimes they are separate, but it's almost always one of those two categories ducking fights, cheating, or skating on apparent corruption. And that makes it impossible to support anyone affiliated with those people, just like it will be impossible to support anyone affiliated with Canelo going forward. All these people are ruining the sport. Props to Whyte for pointing this out but this is just one symptom of a much more pervasive, repeating problem. Unless Whyte actually calls out the apparent corruption behind this incident and points out that it is a recurring event with many, many Al Haymon fights (remember Gary Russell Jr almost got the decision over Lomachenko after Lomachenko won basically every round? I could go on for days it's happened so many times), then pointing out this one incident is not going to do anyone much good.
I don’t know what country or what planet you stem from but you took 5 minutes out of my life writing that nonsense. I thought you were playing at first..... Boxing logic , the irony You a racist or something?

You dare talk about Andre ward with disdain yet praise Kovalev. There is no saving you so I know my words are wasted but no more 10,000 word essays please

I happen to agree with Miller, and for that reason and the fact Luis was very competitive vs Wilder... the rematch needs to happen.

I've seen a few comment here and elsewhere they weren't rabbit punches, they were back punches. Which is not exactly true. Look, anywhere from the top of the back to the top of the brain stem is deadly territory to get punched in. And Wilder indeed punched Ortiz in that vicinity several times. And likely on purpose.

Ref calls no knockdown and has to repeatedly tell ortiz to get up.. while ortiz got another break.. it didnt matter because the end was near.. which is why a.j will duck until the day he retires.
You are passionate I will give you that. The 7th round he hit Wilder with rabbit punches that concussed him so much that he didn’t hold or throw a single punch for 50 seconds and practically looked like he was auditioning for a part in the walking dead. It’s irrelevant now he weathered the storm and handled his business like a champion should

The ref clearly let Wilder get away with those Windmill shots behind the head. Not to mention, that nice rest period the ref gave a wobbly-foggy Wilder.

Address the comments pu55y. You just personally attacked Miller without addressing what he said about Windmill.

Facts. Wilder straight up started chopping in the back of the head.

It sullied the victory in my opinion.
