Comments Thread For: Frank Warren Hopes To Make Amir Khan vs. Bradley Skeete

BRADLEY SKEETE goes for European glory when he takes on Spaniard Kerman Lejarraga in his Bilbao backyard. Skeete is showing no fear going to Spain for the title shot at welterweight. It is no easy task against an unbeaten contender who won't want to suffer his first defeat in front of his own fans.

Bradley beats this dude tonight and Khan will duck him.

I have no idea if tonight’s opponent is any good but I just think it will be like Lemieux vs Saunders.

I doubt Khan will bite. Nothing's going to come in between him and a massive domestic cash in.

        Never going to happen.

Hearn, khan and brook already agreed on the script.

This would be an interesting matchup, Khan would be a big favourite but it'd be an interesting yardstick to see where Skeete is at and if he could hang at world level.

Obviously Brook is going to be target #1 for Khan and it's more or less pointless to discuss this fight until that one's been settled. Expect Brook - Khan to be announced soon - probably within a month or so.

If skeete is good enough to beat the spaniard then let him fight the winner of khan/brook.

Hearn’s already had a couple of his prospects well beaten by Skeete. He would never let Khan take a risky fight before the Brook fight

No way this fight gets made, not even if Skeete had a world title.
