The REAL reason team Wilder want the fight now

Is because of Ortiz round 7

The big money fight literally flashed in front of their eyes as Deontay was out on his feet taking unanswered punches and saved by the bell.

It was so nearly all over for them but for the bell saving his ass and the ref giving him extra 30 seconds recovery time.

Up on the BS cards, on the ropes taking 30 unanswered shots, doing the stanky leg, tbh he probably should have been stopped but due to corruption he lives to fight another day.

Team Wilder know they need to go for broke, and if this 50 mil is real it represents a gamble on their part because they know their guy is riding his luck.

      Agreed.

There is a reason they have kept him away from world class live fighters.

AJ would destroy him within 3 rounds, it would be hilarious.

But first Team Wilder need to find the balls to have a meeting and talk numbers with AJ and Hearn now that they have accepted.

I have no favorite sides in the AJ-Wilder situation, but you are extremely biased or you did not properly see what happened...

Wilder was not as badly hurt as you think, and he was definitely not out of it at all. When the bell rang, he was not disoriented, he knew where he was, and he did not need help to get to his corner.

Also, in NY, after the Abdusalamov situation, the corner gets the full break time recovery with their fighter, and if the ref or doctor decide to check in, they do it after the full break recovery time. That's how it is in NY, nothing to do with favoring Wilder.

So now you are a mind reader. Yes Wilder had a close call with Ortiz. So what? AJ had an even closer call against Wlad and was knocked down and didn't beat the count by much. They are both good fighters who can overcome adversity and remain confident in their abilities. You talk like it's a certainty that AJ beats Wilder if they fight.Either man could win and if they ever do fight I think the odds will be close. AJ won't be this huge betting favorite.
