he's essentially saying "confirm that aj will accept 50 if its real and then we'll sit down and show you that it's real."
otherwise you risk sitting down, revealing all your cards, and then eddie says "we need 60."
this is common sense. if hearn will accept 50 pending certain details and proof of funds, theyll sit down to negotiate those details and show proof of funds.
Ok, but if he says you must accept and then if you don't like the details and proof you're stuck that's unfair.
I guess if it's a "If he'll take $50m provided we can satisfy your wish to see where the funds are from" type offer then yeah the fight will likely to wrapped out sooner than anticipated.

Fighters accept offers, and then sign contracts, in that order, all the time! That offer of $12.5 million didn't come with a contract, dates, venues, etc.!
Indeed! The fight might not have been a 100 million fight initially but all parties involved are playing their part to have it become a 100 million fight by the time the bell rings.
Agreed. They're slowly building it up, it'll spread beyond the forums and continue until everyone who might buy it is tired or hearing about them.

I think the 50 million that Aj asked for was a b*tch move in the 1st place to try to get out of the fight. Now you gon have to get your a*s kicked for 50mill....I know its worth it though....LOL
