Nailed it. AJ brings massive revenue in the right hands. Hearns can do the UK shows, but he's got no grab in the states. This is where Finkel who's old as dirt and Haymon come into play.

the recent offer was made for a fight at a site of team wilder's choosing. why would they offer 50 million if they don' control where the fight will be to maximize revenue?

eddie could put it in a closet, for no money, not sell a single ppv, and take 50 million...

Shelly Finkel told ESPN on Wednesday that Wilder’s team had offered Joshua at least $50 million and even more if the fight earns more than $100 million. Finkel said there’s no rematch clause in the contract and that the fight must take place between September and December at a site that Wilder will choose.
