If this offer is real with a proper contact and guarantees then it's a great offer and frankly I'm impressed that W's management have pulled it off? I didn't think they could.

How’s he losing? His fighter doubles his pay and his manager carries none of the risk. His % is going to be a lot bigger to do less work, they will bite Wilders hands off he genuinely has the cash.

fair enough, personally I think they're overpaying, to justify that sort of purse, in US alone, It'll have to sell over million in PPV and looking at current state of boxing in US and it's PPV market, I have my doubts.

So this fight has to make over $100m for anybody from Wilders side to earn at all?

How? Joshua will not be like Floyd and Conor and do a world tour talking trash.

Also, are they taking into account UK PPV? That will not be high if it is a 5am fight.

Wilder said he must reply within 24 hours. That won’t get agreed in 24 hours (“by tomorrow” to quote both his and Eddie hearns words). Oddly no offer of a rematch either. You would think both would want a second fight for the $

Joshua/Hearn clearly would want to know:
Where is the cash coming from, is it secure?
              Where/when is fight?
What about other stuff? Refs, judges, ring size, first walk, etc

All these things will need to be discussed and agreed because let’s face it - Joshua don’t need the cash really, so obviously he wants maximum pay - but Hearn isn’t going to let silly terms within the contract get through. If it’s all there the fight will happen though, eddie won’t be bothered about building he fight up further if it’s guaranteed the money!

                your doubts are very reasonable.

so if AJ doesn't take the fight, it shows hearn knew it was a $100 million fight all along and was insanely lowballing deontay.

That's what hearns asking... And would you blame him? Highest payday...less than 3 mil. All of a sudden chucks out a 50 million guarantee with a "agree tomorrow or not done" clause. GTFO here with your ish

He wouldn't say all this only to have egg on his face. Let's hope the deal gets done. In the meantime you can go back to watching vids of AJ skipping rope with his shirt off. Sorry we bothered you.
You sound like Wilder, except the spelling/grammar is a little better. LOL!!!

This is just a PR move by Wilder and company, like Hearn said. Nothing more. BTW, how many time have you heard of an offer like this being real, in all of boxing history? I'd say all boxing fans likely want to see this fight, but Wilder's offer is just a smoke screen. Hearn will sort all this out and we'll see a fight sooner than later, but not because of this offer.

Gotta send the contract with the offer. Words on a page otherwise. Wilder's team should've had that in the fax (are people still faxing?!) or email. Hopefully that goes out today!
