You better do your research on who Al Hamon is. The brother is a graduate of Harvard University. He's the brains who promoted all Michael Jackson world tours. Going all the way back to the victory tour back in !984. He's the man in boxing. Look at all the monies he made Mayweather. You know he got his cut. This man knows how to make hundreds of million dollars. They put this offer up and you better believe its real. Hamon is serious business.Comment

You mean exactly what you're doing but from the others side?
In regards to the 12.5... you have the person who sent the offer saying.. it isn't a flat fee Im happy to negotiate on that and I await their counter offer which they said they'll get back in 48 hours.
Silence...
2 weeks later.. and offer comes back for a guarantee of 50 million against 50% split with no money in escrow.. no proof of funds..no promise on non-intention to tender , and a clause of sign tomorrow or no deal.
Come on now... Would any businessman want to sign that lol and you sit here and call out Hearn and AJ for not immediately jumping to your hero's tune and signing without investigating.Comment

A lot u guys can read between lines, Dibella never raised 3M for Wilder, now he wants to pay AJ $50M to fight Wilder! Is the fight holding in USA, never forget AJ is the A-side. These guys are clowns, watch out Eddie knows the game too wellComment

AJ holds all the cards here. Has more belts. Has better resume. Can earn a lot in his own country even if he does not fight Wilder.Comment

This offer has been backed by both Haymon and Showtime. Haymon represents over 200 boxers and has never paid in monopoly money. The deal is a guarantee of $50 million and if the purse is over $100 million combined it is 50/50. No rematch clause, fight takes place between September and December at the location of Wilder's choosing.
Wilder- backed by Al Haymon and HBO- have made this offer. AJ immediately said let's roll. Now Hearn is saying show me a contract. They do not go through all the minor details, until there is an agreement on the pay. That is how it works.
AJ gave Wilder an offer for $12.5 million. Wilder laughed and said he should get $50 million. AJ said offer me $50 million and I'll sign it in less than 24 hours. Now Wilder has made an offer. I notice, Hearn did not say, he will accept the deals. You get together and negotiate. You know, like Hearn has done for every other foe AJ or anyone else has ever fought.
The deal is $50 mill. Over $100 and it is split 50-50. No Rematch clause. Wilder picks the location. Must take place between September and December this year.
Why will Hearn just not say yes, if that is the deal, then we agree??? Because when Hearn says that, he does not need to say it is a PR stunt because the media and fans will already be saying that if Wilder did not send a contract. All Hearn has to do is say yes.
If Hearn says yes, then the contract will be sent within a day or two at the most otherwise it was a PR stunt. If Hearn really believed it was a PR stunt, he would say, "Ok, you got a deal. Send the contract and we will sign it." But he won't say that, because he knows they will send a contract.
Soooo, the fear of losing this match will be more tolerable due to the 50mil GUARANTEED numbing agent shot into The Robots "balls!" Just like The Tin-man in The Wizard of Oz, Hearns Robot also lacked heart. The big money from "risk free" fights rusted his desire to take on his biggest challenge, it made him all of a sudden not want to "overpay" his toughest competitor in Wilder. Wilders gonna pay him though.
