The deal is a guarantee of $50 million and if the purse is over $100 million combined it is 50/50. No rematch clause, fight takes place between September and December at the location of Wilder's choosing.

If Hearn says yes, then the contract will be sent within a day or two at the most otherwise it was a PR stunt. If Hearn really believed it was a PR stunt, he would say, "Ok, you got a deal. Send the contract and we will sign it." But he won't say that, because he knows they will send a contract.
