The fact that Wright's came up before the scorecards were read to congratulate Taylor AND after they announced the scorecards is enough to ignore any comments from Taylor fans saying that Winky was a bad sport... the man was simply caught up in the moment and was emotionally upset.. he wasn't a bad sport, he was upset at the decision, not Jermaine..
For those saying Wright's a bad sport, etc...

I understand that he was pissed and upset, but part of being a good sport is conducting yourself in a mature and respectful manner, which Winky did not do.Originally posted by restless_438The fact that Wright's came up before the scorecards were read to congratulate Taylor AND after they announced the scorecards is enough to ignore any comments from Taylor fans saying that Winky was a bad sport... the man was simply caught up in the moment and was emotionally upset.. he wasn't a bad sport, he was upset at the decision, not Jermaine..
He was almost Tarver like.
Denying a post fight interview doesnt help his case either.Comment

He's also stopping himself from saying something "emotionally ******" on live television before he can get his head together... ya'll need to give the man a breakOriginally posted by PBF34I understand that he was pissed and upset, but part of being a good sport is conducting yourself in a mature and respectful manner, which Winky did not do.

Winky should have fought offensively in the last round as if he was losing the fight.
When a fighter assumes he has won in the 10th or 11th round it is a huge mistake.
Judges are not impressed by defense.
I think the Draw was fair only because Wright would not go all out on offense in the later rounds and 12th round.
Taylor also needed to get off the ropes and fight harder to clearly win the fight if he was going to win.Comment

I think winky won, but the draw was fair, Taylor's agression was much more effective in this fight, and his stamina was great, Winky was sticking to his gameplan, Winky also knew when to adjust, he knew Taylor wasn't gonna go anywhere near the ropes, so he started switching it up. In the last round he knew that Taylor was gonna go for a knockout, or at least throw everything he had left, so he completely switched it up and Taylor was barely even throwing for a while, he could have kept coming forward, but Taylor was hitting him with some hard shots, it was a good idea, not the best idea & now he knows better. If winky doesnt want too stay & give a post fight interview, he doesnt have to, he gave Taylor respect before & after the fight, but he might not want to stand there and talk about how he thinks he won the fight.Originally posted by coldWinky should have fought offensively in the last round as if he was losing the fight.
