Freddie looks off on the mitts too, but that doesn't matter because he's generally teaching proper tactics/technique to the fighter he's working with.

Edmund and his work with Ronda Rousey has me doubting that he can actually teach the tactics, so it won't matter.

I don't disagree with the assessment of Rousey's coach; I'm simply saying that that assessment wouldn't change a moment if Edmund was looking great on the mitts.

I don't think Jackson/Winklejohn would've been the right move, tbh; the culture wouldn't have worked for her.

If anything, she should've gone north to the Diaz brothers and the Skrap Pack at Cesar Gracie BJJ. Ronda Rousey was a world-level judoka, who was never really pushed to truly learn anything else. Nate/Nick wouldn't have pushed it, but the camp would've exposed Ronda to boxing that would've challenged her, kickboxing that would've challenged her, wrestling that would've challenged her, and BJJ that would've challenged her, all with the basic goal of filling out her world-level judo with enough other tools to let her dominate with her judo while not being uncomfortable anywhere.

Vanes prob knows that 2.5 weeks isn't enough time to develop and try to work out a gameplan, so why spend the money on an a-list trainer.
