I'm thinking to myself, are these the same commentators who refused to call anything Shane Mosley landed on Winky in their second fight because of Winky's defense...

Agreed. I kept arguing with my roomate about that, how a majority of Taylors shots landed on the gloves of Wright. He outlanded Taylor, and at a higher percentage. Sounds like a win to me.

i wasnt able to watch the fight but my brother was telling that there was some serious nuthugging going on

i read an article i forgot who wrote it though before the hopkins taylor fight that taylor will win because he will be hbo's future bankable fighter so he will win the fight its a conspiracy theory but hey....

Uhm a lot of those straight rights were landing through the gaurd, and the hooks were landing behind winky's ear.

If you say that Taylor wasn't landing... when was the last time you've seen Winky's face look like that?

Lampley was ridiculous with his exaggerations when punches were blocked by Winky, while ignoring flurry's of Wright's. He would also say "Big round for Taylor" when Taylor let his hands go even if the shot's were blocked. I was impressed with Taylor and his class and honesty in giving credit to Wright who fought the bigger stronger Taylor well.
