we never get big fights here, I have read before it has a lot to do with Ontario commission same day weigh in rules. Glad to hear the comments, great, safe, clean and tolerant city, a united nations town, every cuisine, every language...I guess you are from Detroit? not too far, let me know if you are ever coming in to see a fight, we get them mostly in the suburb, at the Mississauga Hershey Centre. Montreal is great, the French roots make it very unique and lively, party town...seen 15 000 screaming JEAN - JEAN - JEAN when he lost to Kovalev first time, very passionate.

The best thing about Toronto is the only time you'll see ugly women are that ones at the airport visiting

hahahahaha, all I can say is you gotta go to Montreal atleast once, its very distinct among towns in North America, and the women are beautiful, when we were 19,20 and going to strip bars for the first time, every hot dancer you saw started, or is from Montreal its like the farm system for strippers across Canada.

U are completely wrong bro! Boxing is big here and everyone knows Stevenson here. Now whether or not people like him, that's a different story.

I guess I can only speak from being in the West Island...but if you're west of LaSalle and you're not Haitian, the chances of you knowing Stevenson is slim to none. Like seriously. Barely any anglophones know him.

Maybe the franco population is different...the fact that RDS shows fights regularly is huge.

I’m going to decide what to do after tomorrow and their supposed press conference when they actually release tickets

it’s a 1st world problem to have and really isn’t that big of a deal all things considered , I’d rather spend the weekend in Montreal over Toronto but just this whole card from the time they’ve announced has been such a cluster f.uck sh.it show. At this point I wouldn’t even be suprised if the fight didn’t happen

Yeah man for a fans perspective and wanting to go to this fight it’s been a joke

From the time they’ve announced this fight until now it just amateur hour

                    No tickets for sale
Last minute venue and city change
Fights being announced for the card then a week later being removed
No other notable fighters seem to be on the card

Whoever is responsible for this whole fiasco should be embarrassed
That's bad almost Vanes/GGG bad! 3 week notice? Vegas to now La??

But at least they GGG has a built in excuse? Plus LA is only 4 hours away. So ppl who have flights can just drive there.

Never really thought about Montreal. Toronto is so close it was a pretty easy trip to make. I used to go to Windsor every weekend when I turned 19. Would go to Hamilton, Sarnia, Kitchener and London too. Met this girl in Windsor and she had me going all the way to Petrolia to see her.
