I gave credit for him beating Porter, although that's his only good win in his 13 year career.

He also deserves credit for fighting Golovkin.

But you can't deny he has had hardly any tough fights in his career.
he gets credit for fighting his mandatory for 2 reasons 1. He was known to have been struggling to make 147 and had already stepped up to mw the fight before. He bulked up in order to do so and Nobody wants to risk the Roy Jones effect of moving back down in weight 2 weight classes 2. Especially when your move back down in weight is to face the most feared fighter in the division. Lastly, brook facing porter, ggg and Spence are more dangerous than any 3 khan opponents you can find, especially over the past 6 yrs.

Khan has been very well matched through out apart from Prescott who slipped through the net .His one good step up fight was against the dangerous but crude Maidana back in 2010!
Since then Amir has chased the money fights when never really being fit for purpose in such fights. He said he was going to clear out the welterweights five years ago but as only avoid them all. Phil was there for the very purpose of making Khan look good , no other reason and to fall for this shows just how little people know about the fight game.I would be more interested to see him in there with a porter or even back in with Garcia and then decide where he is but I doubt we'll be seeing any of that .This comeback is strictly for the mugs .....wait and see!

I think last night's fight showed that Khan has some serious cheekbone cracking power. I used to be pretty hot on Kell Brook...at least until he went homeo over in Tenerife...but at this point I can see him getting blown out in half a dozen rounds.

          Didn't fight Alexander twice
Has one decent win in his entire career (Porter)
Pretty sure he didn't fight Alexander because he got injured, and the second time it was Alexander who got injured.

Can't really blame Brook for that.

Brook has been unlucky in his career, he's actually a very good fighter.

I agree he's a very good fighter. I think he will beat Khan.

The guy who said brook hasn't fought anybody has been paying attention. Have you seen such a terrible record like his up until the porter fight, worse record than cuenca. At least amir fought kotelink and salita and earl and limmond on the come up brook literally fought cans all his career until porter. Then he had a close scrappy fight with porter and went back to fighting cans until GGG so yeah he dared to be great there, it was a win win situation if he loses he just says he's too small for mw like he did. Same with the Spence fight when he lost he just blamed the weight cut. But now he's saying he can make 147 again for the Khan fight. Khan has had a consistent level of good opponents even Algieri ****s all over Gavin, bizier and dan.

And if brook beat porter fighting like that away from home. then dirrell beat Froch. Basically if porter was the matchroom fighter fighting at home on a matchroom card he would of got that win. And dirrell would of got the win if he was in Frochs shoes that night. One of many reasons why boxing sucks. We live in and comment on an illusion.

Only one of them wants this fight, and it isn't Khan.
