And Valdez has a way better power than Frampton,
True he is a better body puncher.

But Frampton is at his best fighting off the backfoot, and Valdez's style will feed right into his strengths.

Power-wise I think Valdez prolly does have the edge, but due to Frampton's accuracy and superior counter-punching, it can negate that advantage somewhat.

Stylistically this is an awesome fight and I hope it gets made next. Hopefully early fall sometime...

But I mean as of now Valdez best win is Frampton's leftovers doe..

Frampton has Donaire, Santa Cruz, Quigg (first to take his 0), and Kiko twice.

His only loss was a fight that easily could be scored for him against Sanra Cruz. Frampton shouldn't have even gave him the rematch seeing how cowardly he is to travel to Frampton's country after he travelled twice to fight him..

Frampton prolly has that old school mentality where a man's handshake and word is his bond. Santa Cruz just aint cut from the same cloth...

Power i think he does have a slight edge but Frampton is just such a precise counter-puncher it can make up for this.

Speed IDK I think it's pretty close to the point of being negligible.

Valdez did seem to handcuff Quigg with his hand-speed putting together his combinations. Frampton inhibited Quigg moreso with foot-speed and dexterity/movement.

Yes he beat Santa Cruz? You don't consider SC to be a world level boxer???

Then he beat a guy who you were saying would win, in Donaire, and made it look easy.

Also let's not forget he took Quigg's 0 - valdez fought his leftovers.

            Then there's Kiko Martinez twice.

There's really no way to argue Frampton not being more proven. You can argue Valdez is BETTER, but not more proven thus far..

R u insinuating im Mexican Puppet? Lmfao! Naw Ive met LSC 2xs & hes a supernice guy, but valdez is a level above him and Frampton. Theres levels to this game CB, and Guys like LSC, Frampton, & Mares r on, then there r Gary Russel, Jojo Diaz, & Oscar Valdez. Maybe on the fight of their life they can win, but again there r levels.

Of course there are levels - but Valdez hasn't even proven he's on Frampton's level yet. Much yet above him.. Just based off one 8-4 decision over Frampton's leftover!

We can speculate of course which is all you're doing now..

You gotta put the work in first to prove it doe..

Joseph Diaz and russell haven't proved themselves true world level champions either.

Lol i guess Loma must be God like level if you think that highly of t-rex arms Russell. Cause he got dat wgite boi work against Loma! VIOLATED HIS MANHOOD!

Hahha about mexican puppet - I just noticed where u said it was surprising that one dude was picking the Mexican fighter over the European fighter... So i said it would be even more surprising if we ever see Mexican Puppet picking against the Mexican fighter

I dont consider LSC on the level of Valdez or Gary Russel. Frampton belongs in the B league with LSC & Mares.
