For All The Acne Specialists Out There.. Explain Jesse Vargas

Has any of you trained on a daily basis? I shower twice a day and I still get some light acne. This stuff isn't uncommon and Latino people are more prone acne then anyone else. Guys like cuadras can be questioned but this really isn't much. Half the guys at the gym I go to got acne like that

A lot of guys in the gym are juicing. That said, stop eating sht (most people's issue), then you'll clear up. Showering a lot isn't good for the skin neither, try to have water only showers every other day at least.
