no joke i think caffeine wouldn't be a bad idea, you peak on it for about an hour, it suppresses fatigue as far as wakefulness but I'm not sure about as far as aeroboic

I guess all/most of those pre-workout formulas have caffeine in them. Those I think are more for strength training though.
