    So far I would say:

Hearn has made a **** offer... Granted $12m is massively more than Wilder has made before, but why make a flat-fee offer in a fight like this? Doesn't make sense.

However, Wilder and his team need to send a counter offer. They have had more than long enough. They've been wanting this fight for so long that they should be ready with figures at the drop of a hat. There's not really any excuse for this delay.

Alternatively they could take the offer, beat Joshua and then they're the biggest name in boxing. They could dictate terms in the rematch and not worry about taking a hit here. Think of the fight as a "loss leader"

If I was Wilder and I really wanted to send a message I'd just say "gimme the fight, I'm coming for you"

Povetkin would be Wilders best win outside Ortiz .

Hes getting paid what a highly profiled HW should .

Wilder doesn't know anything about that bc his TEAM probably gets more than he does altogether . lol

The hard truth is Wilder will have a far greater chance of losing before Joshua bc he IS an accident waiting to happen.

Wheather that accident happens or not , i know one thing .......

He will be fighting irrelevant fights while Joshua continues building an actual resume with guys Wilder hasnt fought and wont have on his resume while he makes 1. 5 Million or so !

Yea good luck not needing Joshua !

How about making a not flat free offer of a 68-32 split? I feel that would be more than generous.

Surely that should make the fight happen.
watch the aj lovers say its a good deal....

even tho they can't even name one time a fight of a big magnitude where one side got a straight flat fee

imo its hard to negotiate a fight with a guy (hearn) who refuses to negotiate....

as he just stated that wilder will get no more than that offer he got

Let them know Hearn. All them want is Wilders massive pay without bringing in much. If he doesn't accept the 12.5 AJ should forget about him he will later plead to get 7M

Maybe I'm in the minority (as usual), but I like how Hearn operates. And I hope he holds firm on his offer to Wilder. He is right, it's Wilder's mistake to have such a rip off/clueless group of people managing him. But that's on Wilder. Anthony is the one filling stadiums in England while Wilder can't even fill the Bham stadium in Alabama. It seems many on here are expert promoters giving Hearn advice, but in the end I think he'll be the one able to put this whole package together this year or 2019 at the latest. Wilder will whine, but eventually will agree. Just my 37 cents worth on this issue.

This is a $100 million fight Hearn...............

02 Arena holds 70-80K people at $500 avg ticket is $40 mil. You take into account 1 mil PPV buys at $60 and you're at $100 mil easy so let's stop pretending like even the average joe can't do the math. Suppose your cost is $20 million for hotels, flights, promotion and other fighters. That leaves $80 mil. If you give AJ $40 mil that leaves another $40 mil and PPV get's there cut of 10% of 60 mil PPV so now we're down to $34 mil. You give Wilder $12 mil and you walk away with at least $22 mil. Yeah right.

Ok.. im tired of hearn and hearns.. hearn says the fight could be worth 100 million, then hearns says this fight is worth 40 million.. and we are done over paying.. not to mention AJ wants 50 million to take the fight.. hearns says joshua ko's wilder in 3 rds. An that hes a Easier fight than parker.. then hearn says wilder is massively dangerous. But the cold truth is.. there will be 90,000 broken hearted fans come fight night.. when joshua is destroyed like spilka. All of the insults and disrespect will come to silence. #wilder undisputed in the u.k. -The great one has spoken.
