Sure Hearn, Khan ain't fighting any of those guys. Him and Brook will fight tomato cans until u can get them to fight each other. Just look at all the tough fights he's put Jacobs in since he became his promoter. He isn't trying to put these fighters in with a risky opponent unless its a big payday.
