Comments Thread For: Frampton, Warren Not Happy With Khan-Lo Greco TV Conflict

Carl Frampton and Frank Warren have criticised rival Eddie Hearn of Matchroom for staging Amir Khan's comeback on Saturday so that it clashes with Frampton's fight against Nonito Donaire. They have also dismissed Khan's with Phil Lo Greco as one for fans of reality television, insisting only those interested in celebrity gossip will watch it over Warren's bill at Belfast's SSE Arena.

Warren showing he’s a dinosaur here, Khan earnt his status, he’s been mainstream a long time. He got the British public attention at the 2004 Olympics, you can’t take that away from him, I hate it when ******s try to deny the actual achievements of others over jealousy and bias. What title has Warren ever won?!

What a insecure runt this Carl Fraudton is! haha! hes worried about Amir 'King' Khan doing better numbers than him with Phil Lo Greco?! even with Zolani Tete vs. Omar Andres Narvaez on the undercard as chief support? and its for a real world title on the line!

and these UK fans always fail to supply numbers for their telecast, but they are quick to pull our numbers tho.

Lol this is boxing you can't control what another promoter or fighter is doing, competition will always exist. HBO and Showtime have gone head to head numerous times. I think they know Khans fight will do bigger numbers even though it's a mismatch as he is the bigger name plus Sky's platform for promoting fights is better than Bt sports.

This coming from someone who aired on his pay channel Boxnation a Chris Eubank night for free showing all of Eubanks defeats against Calazaghe and Thompson on the same night Eubank Jr launched on ITV

              Warren is so bitter.

He's been outmuscled by Hearn and Matchroom, and rightly so.

It was alright when fisheyes did it to Eddie, but when it's the other way around he's not happy. Hypocritical bitter dinosaur

Never understood it myself. Why choose to put a show on the same day. It hurts both promoters numbers.

Eddie Hearn is starting to FEEL the pressure.
Frank Warren has a good stable of fighters on his books and Franky boy can only get bigger & better.
