Buboy has been in Pac's corner from day 1. You can't say that about Roach.

You are right but that does not make him a trainer, it takes more than mitt work and jumping jacks, Roach has experience buboy does not. I have always liked pacquiao and not one person here thinks he is doing it for buboy, he is just trying to save Roach's fee. As much as I hate to say it, I am sure Mayweather is laughing that Pacquiao is fighting Matthyse for a small amount while he fought connor for millions.

Mike Tyson hired his buddy Aaron Snowell to be his head trainer back in the day after he fired Kevin Rooney. He had no experience as a boxer, but he had been in the gym hanging around and learned a bit about boxing over the years.

Roach has done a lot for Pac, but at this point in Pac's career. Roach is the one riding in Pac's back and fame. Pac's wisdom in boxing surpassing Roach at this stage. Roach wasn't a great fighter. Manny is.

I give credit were credit is due. Roach help mold Pacquiao to what he is now, but like what I said. Pac’s Knowledge in the game has surpassed Roach. Even in one interview Roach admitted to that. Roach was not a great boxer. Manny is, Pac’s knowledge of the game is through his own experience. You forget PAC is an old timer. A vet. He doesn’t need Roach at this point especially Roach worsening condition with his parkinson’s. in Pac’s Last fight with Horn. Roach can barely talk in between rounds. Roach is a liability at this point in time. PAC can handle himself alone at this point. The guy is seasoned and a talent Roach can never have.

Roach is hoping like hell that Pacman looks horrible against Lucas or gets knocked out cold, because if Pacman destroys or out boxes Lucas with ease then all the trainers like Mayweather Sr, Diaz, Garcia, Funez, etc who said Pacquiao trains himself and was already a champion before Roach will be justified.

This is a fight where Roach hopes Pacman loses if Pac wins Roachs credibility as a trainer will suffer, imagine if Pac looks better against lucas than Horn and Vargas? That means Roach didnt teach Pac jack ****.

I'm not sure that's true. Pac and Roach have been together for so long, and you can say that Pac has learned and grown a lot under Roach. I mean, at this point, Pacquiao is gonna be what he's gonna be, a lesser version of himself during his reign with Freddie.

Freddie has spoken out of turn an innumerable amount of times, condescended and belittled Manny's choices and state of being repeatedly. I'm surprised it's taken Pacquiao this long to finally answer back. Roach has shown very little class and even less discretion over the years. He deserves this.
