Why do people call a "duck" when the fight makes no sense?, what could GGG, being the A side in this instance, gain from that fight?

Agree the fight doesn't make much sense at this point but you can say the same for vanes.

I would've preferred if he just took another date and fought Saunders or someone like sergiy. But he stayed on course because he probably invested a lot into this camp , I don't blame him.

He did what's best for him, why should he take pointless risks to please a few critics. Because we all know if and when he beats sergiy it will mean less i then nothing because he's beat nobody..

Saunders beat the heck out of Lemieux,but GGG beat the fight out of him, some might say the Lemieux that fought Saunders was not the same after GGG.
