Nevada rules state whether if was intentional or accidental by meat contamination doesn't matter there has to a suspension. But they allow for factors in determining the length of the suspension. No proof he intentionally took this. They provided evidence and receipts of meat he ate that support the arguement that it was Mexican meat contamination. And he's a first time offender. So they cut the suspension the most their rules allow them to cut it which was 6 months and no fine.
