If Hearn is actually serious about making the fight, then his lowball offers could all be part of a ploy to secure the fight in the UK - he gives ground over the money and gives a fair offer, but demands that the venue has to be in the UK in return.
That said, if I were Joshua I'd consider having the fight at a US venue, probably Vegas. He'll probably still command top billing, albeit to a lesser degree, he could probably demand a bigger split having given up home advantage, UK fans would still come in numbers and would probably be the most vocal in the arena, there's more money at stake overall because of US PPV, and it's a mega opportunity to expand his clout as a fighter by winning a huge fight in front of the biggest and most lucrative audience in the world.
That's just my opinion though, Hearn and Joshua will do what makes sense for them. I don't mind if the fight happens on a goat farm in rural ****ladesh, so long as it happens.
