Pacquiao should have done something at 140 if he wants to continue fighting. A prime Pacquiao wouldn't have let Horn bully him around like that. Unfortunately, Pacquiao is at the tail end of his career. But with that being said so is Matthysse and I see Pacquiao a level above Lucas.

he was never knocked dudes out cold just battering them, he has pretty much knocked down or hurt all his opponents since testing, other than Floyd who was super defensive and kept a 4 foot distance at all times or tied up.

He dropped Bradley several times, Algieri, dropped Rios but it was consider a slip, dropped Vargas, hurt Horn bad.

All those guys outweigh him by at least 25 pounds walking around too, these are much larger men and its harder to KO guys who are good quality, if he were fighting guy who had their chin up running in like Hatton it would be KO city for Manny.

Manny is going to get knocked out by Lucas though, Lucas is the first real one punch power hitter he has faced in his entire career.
