I think the 2 ton straw that almost broke the camels back was when Roach said he thought Mayweather won their fight.

When Manny went on his campaign to tell anyone who would listen that he beat Mayweather, Roach calmly stated otherwise.

Do you know if Manny did actually use Buboy's fightplan for Mayweather?

This Horn thing was probably the last straw, although I think any little thing Roach did after the Mayweather disagreement wouldve been cause for dismissal.

I think there were a few things that have happened over time. The Micheal Moor incident, Roach questioning the way Arum pays Pac, how Roach said things about Cotto that seemed like he was taking covert shots at Pac. But Pac did change, He forces people that work for him to convert to Christianity, him not communicating with Roach, and spending large portion of his training camps with Buboy in the Philippines, that was before the Mayweather fight. Roach said it himself, that Pac wanted to go with Buboy's fight plan, he said it was good. After the fight he mentioned it was Pac's and Buboy's fight plan a few times.

Interesting but not surprising. It goes to show, people can work together for years, but gradually grow slowly apart due to percieved acts of disrespect. Pac is supposed to "forgive" though - especially if he believes in "convert"ing. Roach sounds more contrite. Not a good look for Pac.
