I agree with the bolded. No Jacobs for me.

        I vote yes.

I mean the first one was highly skilled and competitive. All close fights deserve rematches. That's why GGG needs to run it back with Jacobs too. Their fight was debateable.

But we already know if Canelo wins a rematch he gets zero credit. They'll say he was juiced or GGG is even older.

GGG should've kept his mouth shut. His phony tantrum got the fight cancelled. We could've gotten this out the way. Now May 5th will have no significant fight for the first time in a decade.

Canelo vs Golovkin does 1.3M buys on PPV. $27,059,850 millions live gate, third-highest in Nevada boxing history made over 100 millions !
1.3M buys is a good number for a elite level fight in the sport. It’s also much better than how both Ward-Kovalev PPVs performed combined.

I want to see Golovkin unify with Saunders, and then move up to face George Groves (who should win WBSS). That would be great, IMO.

Or, Saunders and then I'm not sure. Rematch Jacobs, or fight Jermall? I want to see what options he has, and honestly, Derveychanko doesn't interest me enough at this point. I doubt he's a tougher fight than Jacobs or Jermall (but maybe I'm wrong and he beats both, who knows).

While I wouldn't mind a rematch with Canelo, there's always just so much controversy that makes me sick to my stomach.

I think any combination of above would make most fans happy (except for the usual naysayers).

You want to see it because they'll make a lot of money? That's not what this thread was about. Thanks for replying, nonetheless.

Nope, you are not wrong at all. We want him now because he's ONLY a step higher than the names being thrown about as GGG's next opponent.

I'm not sold on him or Andrade yet. They are just what we need now instead of Spike or Vanes.

The only two fights I want GGG to take are: Charlo and Saunders. If he does, you won't hear a peep from me as a critic.

The MW division is like the HW division to me - they both piss me off and the whole sagas involved has left me disinterested. Also they are both shytty overrated divisions as far as talent is concerned.

Not really, don't even care anymore. GGG has been fighting cans and getting excused for doing so and Canelo is a cheat.

I just want to see some new blood, new faces etc.
