Of course there can be cosmetic surgery on a knee, and anywhere else.

To eliminate unsightly scars, discolorations, moles, loose skin, I mean the list goes on and on and on...

But what I really think happened here is that there was a mis-translation from Spanish to English, and whatever the doctor(s) said was mistranslated into "cosmetic," but I think they meant minor, or corrective, or whatever else.

And of course, such ridiculous title made the thread way more fun to read lol.
