I'm actually not defending the fight. I've said it will be a crappy fight. I am interested in what follows. I'm interested in is seeing Golovkin fight two good fights this year. Most likely Canelo and hopefully Saunders. There is still time for that to happen. The May fight isn't going to be good if it happens and that is understandable. Not being happy about the situation seems reasonable. Foaming at the mouth like you are is dumb. But again you are a total loser. You know it is true.

No I wasn’t one of those people. If Jermell or Jermell or Derevyanchenko or whoever is the mandatory that’s who Golovkin should be fighting unless the Saunders fight could be made. That’s what I said. I would enjoy any of those fights.

Derevyanchenko would be the easy way out of a fight with Jermall....abel said he doesn't want to put golovkin in there with Jermall....that's funny. That's what we call scared money....

If Sergei D was willing to take less for the fight it would be made. They can only offer the fight to people willing to take it.

Same problem. Not enough money for any of them. Jermall and Jacobs certainly would have wanted a hell of a lot more to fight GGG than what the budget could afford and neither one of them is a sufficient draw to produce huge ppv numbers in a last minute show. And that's assuming they were actually able to cancel their upcoming fights without a problem. You add all these things up and you have a whole lot of reasons why none of those guys were an option.

As for Andrade, that mofo talks a lot more than he fights so you have to take anything he says with a major grain of salt. I've defended him in the past on this site from people who claimed he ducked Sergei D but he doesn't exactly have the best track record.

give him a 7-10 day break, even 14 days, to avoid over-training..... on FULL diet, light road-work only, purely maintenance..... while they arrange some lefties..... and then slide Golovkin back into the groove with up to a 7 or even 8-week camp should they deem it necessary

they had plenty of time, that is standard stuff..... and they had a willing opponent

that fight COULD have happened, but it did not..... AGAIN
