A middleweight version of Wilder would not be in the top ten. Wilder has a hell of a punch but his defense and chin are just average and his punches are often wide and sloppy and earned him the nick name Windmill. GGG is better pfp by a wide margin. GGG is top 5 on almost all pound for pound best lists and Wilder doesn't make most pfp best lists.

GGG is better but it doesn't say much as he is a top 3 p4p. He is a high standard, so not being as good as him doesn't make Wilder a bad fighter. The fact remains, they are the best in their respective divisions
