Fat Boy Dan isn't very professional and gets into petty beefs with fighters online. To the point where a lot of these fighters and promoters flat out don't respect him and go at his fat azz. Not sure he said anything wrong about this fight being crap. But he's gotten real personal and petty and if he were a major media member for any other sport that wouldn't fly. I remember when Ellerbe was roasting him and about dozen other fighters.

Fat Dan is incredibly petty... I actually find it embarrassing he’s a leading journalist for this sport.
He also comes across very condescending and is pretty disrespectful to a lot of fighters, considering he’s never had the balls to even spar a round in his life.

With that being said though, GGG-Vanes is a trash fight, there’s no debating that.

Everybody saying Fat Dan is correct. I agree. But my thing is how does an obese man who calls a professional boxer "sewage" become the ONLY voice and ambassador for the sport on the biggest platform possible which is ESPN.

Read the things I posted he said about Shannon Briggs. I'm very surprised none of these boxers have flattened him on sight.

Maybe its because boxing is such a niche sport ESPN doesn't even care their main boxing writer is a classless disrespectful tub of grease.

And another thing about Fat Dan is that he can't take criticism in return. He is very sensitive and demands apologies when somebody attacks him in like fashion. He even block Rigondeaux on twitter cuz Rigo responded to Fat Dan's attacks towards him.

When Al Haymon specifically banned Fat Dan from attending a PBC press conference the fat boy took that as disrespect and requested "professional courtesy" from Haymon. A guy that calls fighters "sewage" and made a joke about boxers with brain damage cannot turn around and demand courtesy from anybody.

You guys are missing the point. It's not about him being right is that this tub of butter is not qualified to be the biggest voice for boxing on the largest sporting platform.
