yeah what a coward...I mean last time this was the contract for a fight was probably pre-war but why would that stop him?!! He'd be a true warrior if he did that though, cos thats obviously what boxing is about, being a warrior fighting for pride and claiming the prize if you can prove your machismo....except it isn't and he can choose to fight anyone for more money than most people earn in a lifetime, so some winner takes all BS would only really favour the one that had the most to gain....and thats not AJ.

tbh I'm not really backing either of them, it's just somewhere in between the frenzied and extreme perspectives there is a middle path and I like to highlight that.


My preference is, they fight next. My opinion is, both want the fight, but in amongst all the noise there is some distraction and pride that's getting in the way. Both are good competitors, both have a chance to win the fight, both are worthy.

Yes, agree, but as Haymon has proved for a decade, only some of what goes on in boxing happens in the daylight, most is shrouded in darkness in back room deals and hand shakes.
